\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el R\u00e9gimen sin Obligaciones Fiscales?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El R\u00e9gimen Fiscal 616<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n conocido como r\u00e9gimen sin obligaciones fiscales, es una opci\u00f3n que permite el registro de contribuyentes que no obtienen ganancias derivadas de actividades comerciales, empresariales o ingresos por sueldos y salarios<\/strong>. \u00bfSe pueden emitir facturas bajo el r\u00e9gimen 616?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Se pueden emitir facturas bajo el r\u00e9gimen fiscal 616. Siempre y cuando, el CFDI se emita bajo las siguientes dos condiciones: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Emitir un CFDI con la clave S01-Sin efectos fiscales <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Emitir un CFDI con la clave CP01-pagos<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    As\u00ed mismo, es muy com\u00fan emitir facturas de p\u00fablico general <\/a>bajo el r\u00e9gimen 616  haciendo uso del RFC gen\u00e9rico<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00bfQui\u00e9nes tributan bajo este r\u00e9gimen fiscal? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Todas las personas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os que han solicitado su inscripci\u00f3n al Registro Federal de Contribuyentes y que no tienen actividades econ\u00f3micas o que no reciben un ingreso por empleo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
