Los art\u00edculos son el 3 y 3 bis. El art\u00edculo 47 fracci\u00f3n VIII, 51 fracci\u00f3n II, 132 fracci\u00f3n XII&nbsp; y XIII y 994 fracci\u00f3n VI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El art\u00edculo 3 de la ley federal del trabajo establece que el trabajo es un derecho y un deber social y se exige respeto para las libertades y dignidad de quien lo presta. Adem\u00e1s, establece que por ning\u00fan motivo se podr\u00e1n ejercer condiciones que discriminen a los trabajadores por motivos de origen \u00e9tnico, nacional, de g\u00e9nero, edad, discapacidad y condici\u00f3n social, condiciones de salud, religi\u00f3n, condici\u00f3n migratoria, opiniones, preferencias sexuales, estado civil o cualquier otro que atente contra la dignidad humana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-multas-y-sanciones-nbsp\">Multas y sanciones&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, todos los actos de acoso est\u00e1n prohibidos y la ley establece una serie de prohibiciones, multas, sanciones y obligaciones tanto para trabajadores como para el patr\u00f3n como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La rescisi\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n de trabajo para quien ejerza alg\u00fan tipo de acoso laboral.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La obligaci\u00f3n del patr\u00f3n de implementar un <strong>protocolo para prevenir, atender, y erradicar la violencia laboral.&nbsp; <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sistemaenkel.com.mx\/app\/documentos\/documentos_legales_morales\/morales_protocoloViolencia\"><strong>Genera el protocolo para prevenir la violencia laboral aqu\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La prohibici\u00f3n del patr\u00f3n de realizar actos de hostigamiento o tolerar actos de hostigamiento.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Las multas var\u00edan de <strong>250 a 5000 veces el salario m\u00ednimo general<\/strong>, al patr\u00f3n que cometa cualquier acto o conducta discriminatoria en el centro de trabajo; al que realice actos de hostigamiento sexual o que tolere o permita actos de acoso u hostigamiento sexual en contra de sus trabajadores; y<strong> de 250 a 2500 veces el salario m\u00ednimo general, al patr\u00f3n que viole las prohibiciones contenidas en el art\u00edculo 133<\/strong>, fracciones II, IV, V, VI y VII, y 357 segundo p\u00e1rrafo.
