Las empresas dejan, para el \u00faltimo momento, la gesti\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria para cumplir con las auditor\u00edas que establece la STPS. Actualmente, la aplicaci\u00f3n de la NOM-30-STPS  es <strong>obligatoria para todos los centros de trabajo<\/strong> del pa\u00eds y su incumplimiento genera multas y sanciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-requisitos-necesitas-para-cumplir-con-la-nom-030-stps-2009-resumen\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 requisitos necesitas para cumplir con la NOM-030-STPS-2009 resumen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El nombramiento del responsable de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El diagn\u00f3stico integral de seguridad y salud del centro de trabajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentar las acciones preventivas y correctivas de seguridad y salud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elaborar un plan de acciones preventivas y correctivas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacitar al personal de la empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div style=\"position: relative; width: 100%; height: 0; padding-top: 25.0000%; padding-bottom: 0; box-shadow: 0 2px 8px 0 rgba(63,69,81,0.16); margin-top: 1.6em; margin-bottom: 0.9em; overflow: hidden; border-radius: 8px; will-change: transform;\"><iframe style=\"position: absolute; width: 100%; height: 100%; top: 0; left: 0; border: none; padding: 0; margin: 0;\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/design\/DAFfuN4czs0\/view?embed\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><br \/>\n  <\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cual-es-el-monto-de-las-multas-y-sanciones-por-incumplimiento\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el monto de las multas y sanciones por incumplimiento?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Las multas pueden oscilar entre <strong>50 y 5,000 veces el salario m\u00ednimo general <\/strong>diario vigente en el Distrito Federal, dependiendo de la gravedad del incumplimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La STPS puede ordenar l<strong>a clausura temporal de la actividad<\/strong> si se determina que existe un riesgo grave para la salud o seguridad de los trabajadores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La STPS puede <strong>prohibir el uso de equipos y materiales <\/strong>que no cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en la norma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordenar el <strong>retiro del mercado de los equipos y materiales que no cumplan con los requisitos de seguridad e higiene <\/strong>establecidos en la norma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante destacar que las sanciones y multas por incumplimiento de la NOM-030 pueden variar dependiendo de la gravedad del incumplimiento y la situaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de cada caso.
